Rosale’s nursing career began 28 years ago. As a graduate of Long Island University (BSN) and Hunter College (MSN), Rosale has amassed working knowledge of nursing documentation. Rosale’s nursing experience spans a multitude of venues and states. In 2003, she became a legal nurse consultant. This lead to a deeper understanding of documentation practices for paper and now electronic documentation. Rosale is a doctoral student at Walden University’s School of Public Policy and Administration: Health Care. Her focus is on the importance of having formal documentation classes for nurses so there is an ease of integration from paper to electronic documentation.

As a national speaker, Rosale brings cutting edge information regarding methods necessary to remain litigious free in modern day healthcare. Her approach to charting covers the issues related to reimburcment, research and the nursing process.
